Q:  What is Passport?

Passport is a fast-track government-funded initiative aimed at new and novice exporters to assist them in structuring their international sales strategy and accessing their first overseas markets.  It is a 12 month assistance package only available for a limited number of eligible companies in the West Midlands .

Please contact your nearest International trade Team (on the Contacts page) for further information.  They will talk you through what is Passport and whether this is the right tool for you.

Q: What is the link between Passport and BERR (ex-DTI)?

Passport is a 'product brand' of BERR and its commercial arm is UK Trade & Investment

Q: I cannot access details on the calendar

Events are organised for West-Midlands companies registered on Passport.  If this applies to you, please register (the button is located on top of the menu bar).  Once we have approved your registration, you will be able to login (button above the menu bar) and access the calendar section.

If you are not a Passport company, you can certainly navigate through the site and if you are West Midlands-based and would like more information on Passport, you can contact your nearest International Trade Team (under contacts).
